Our credit policy is the same for all orders, from the smallest to the largest. Payment terms will be on the invoice. Statements are mailed on the first business day of the month for all accounts with an open balance. Sales Tax will be charged on all taxable items; if your company is tax-exempt, your tax certificate MUST be provided and on file in our office. Finance charges of 1.5% per month and/or late fees may be added to past due accounts at the time statements are mailed. Customers that are repeatedly late in payment may cause closure of the open account. Please fax, mail or email the completed forms to our office. Account approval takes 2-3 business days. All payments are due on the invoice due date. If you wish to provide us with credit card information, please contact our office. At NO time will your credit card information be stored in your customer file. Therefore, if paying with a credit card, you will need to contact our office for each payment. |
